Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Achieve RPL (“we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding the use of our website, services, courses, and any products provided.

By accessing our website or purchasing/enrolling in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

Achieve RPL is an Australian education and training support provider offering non-accredited training, professional development courses, and enrolment assistance into nationally recognised qualifications in partnership with selected Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

We are not an RTO ourselves but act as a support and administrative service to connect students with suitable education pathways.

2. Definitions

  • Student / You / Your – any individual accessing or using our services.
  • Services – all products, offerings, support, or digital content provided by Achieve RPL.
  • RTO – Registered Training Organisation accredited to deliver nationally recognised training.

3. Eligibility for Enrolment

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian;
  • An Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold appropriate visa status (where applicable);
  • Capable of understanding the course requirements, in English.

You agree that all information provided during the enrolment process is true, complete, and accurate.

4. Enrolment Process and Partner RTOs

Once you express interest in a course, our education consultants may assess your suitability based on your goals, background, and the entry requirements of the course.

For courses leading to a nationally recognised qualification, your final enrolment and course delivery will be managed by one of our partner RTOs. You may be required to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment, a pre-training review, and other eligibility checks as part of the RTO’s formal enrolment process.

5. Course Delivery

Courses may be delivered:

  • Online via a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Blended, including live sessions, practical work, or placements
  • Self-paced, with a maximum time limit to complete

It is your responsibility to manage your time effectively and complete assessments within the designated timeframe. Course duration and completion requirements vary depending on the course and RTO.

6. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

6.1 Course Fees

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Course fees may vary depending on the course structure and delivery method.

You may pay:

  • In full at the time of enrolment; or
  • Via an approved payment plan provider (e.g., Payright, Humm, etc.)

6.2 Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:

  • You agree to the terms and schedule set by the payment provider
  • You are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time
  • Failure to meet payment obligations may result in additional fees or suspension of access

6.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are considered in line with our Refund Policy, which will be provided at the time of enrolment and/or linked during your checkout. Generally:

  • No refund is available once course materials have been accessed or more than 7 days have passed since enrolment.
  • Partial refunds may be granted only under specific conditions (e.g., incorrect enrolment, serious medical issue) and must be supported by evidence.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to meet course requirements after enrolment
  • Inactivity or disengagement without valid reason

7. Credit Transfer and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

If you’re applying for a nationally recognised qualification, you may be eligible for Credit Transfer or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) through the partner RTO.

This is subject to:

  • Submission of valid evidence
  • RTO assessment and approval

We may assist in preparing the necessary documentation, but final decisions rest with the RTO.

8. Student Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Comply with all course requirements and assessments honestly
  • Respect all students, trainers, and staff
  • Maintain academic integrity and not engage in plagiarism or cheating
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Notify us or the RTO of any changes to your contact details or circumstances

You may not copy, distribute, sell, or exploit our materials without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Guarantee

While we aim to provide high-quality services and support, we do not guarantee:

  • That you will successfully complete any course
